Tiramisu

The Original Tiramisu Recipe

It’s no surprise that you should start learning to cook – It will give you a hand when it comes to girls. Not only you’ll stand out from all those men who don’t, but also you’ll be displaying a bigger amount of value. Cooking by itself won’t help you winning a woman, but it can make the way much easier.

Thousands of you already read my chocolate bomb recipe, and many asked for another dessert of mine. So here you got my very own recipe for Tiramisu. Tiramisu is classy, well presented, delicious and also very easy to prepare. You’ll be surprised about how fast and how simple is to prepare the whole thing. So here it goes!

Ingredients

2 Packages of Vanilla Biscuits (Lady’s Fingers)
250 g Heavy Cream
250 g Mascarpone Cheese
4 Eggs
Coffee, Rum, Sugar

Preparation

1) Break the four eggs and separate the white from the yellow parts.
2) Beat the four yellow together with one cup of sugar. Don’t throw in all the sugar at the same time, do it slowly. Beat until the mix is white and homogenous.
3) Beat the white parts of the eggs until foamy.
4) Crush the cheese and mix it together with the cream. Mix together until they become homogeneous.
5) Add the yolks-sugar mix to the cheese and cream mix. Make sure not to whisk – Instead, incorporate the mix in an encircling way. Then add the white parts, also in an encircling way, so as to make sure the foam doesn’t lose its consistency.
6) Prepare the coffee and pour it in a plate. Per each cup of coffee, add one shot glass of rum.
7) Hastily soak the vanilla biscuits in the coffee and place them making a layer in a bowl. It doesn’t matter if the biscuits break, but they must complete a layer with little to no space left.
8) Pour over the biscuits a thick layer of the mix in point 5.
9) Repeat steps 7 and 8, so as to have two layers of biscuits and of the mix. When finished, dust the top with cocoa powder or instant coffee.
10) Leave the Tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least five to six hours and then it’s done!

The only dessert worth saving room for. And when I eat Italian, it’s hard to save room. =-)
