Italian Pesto Recipe

Cooking delicious meals is an excellent way to impress the most beautiful women. I love to do it and that’s why I occasionally share a few recipes with you here. Try them out, enjoy your time and surprise girls with amazing food.

This time I’ll teach you how to make pesto. It’s a delicious sauce you can use for pasta, pizza, bruschetta and more. It’s probably the easiest thing  to cook in the universe, so read on:

Ingredients:

  • Fresh Basil Leaves. You’ll need many of these, usually a complete plant (2 cups.)
  • Two/Three Garlic Cloves.
  • Parmesan Cheese (1/3 cup.)
  • Pine nuts or walnuts (1/2 cup.)
  • Olive Oil.
  • Salt and Pepper.

In the old days you would need a lot of time to process, chop and mix these ingredients. Now a decent food processor will do the job in no time. As I guess most of you have one, I’ll give you the easy instructions:

  1. Put the basil and the nuts inside the processor with just a little bit of oil. Process!
  2. Add the garlic, a little bit of oil and process again.
  3. Put the processor in the slowest possible mode and keep it working. Slowly and constantly add olive oil to the mix, as well as the parmesan cheese.
  4. Once all the ingredients are well mixed, add salt and pepper to taste.

It’s as easy as that! Then put it over pasta, pizza or even things as chicken. Pesto as a winner!
