Cooking delicious meals is an excellent way to impress the most beautiful women. I love to do it and that’s why I occasionally share a few recipes with you here. Try them out, enjoy your time and surprise girls with amazing food.

This time I’ll teach you how to make pesto. It’s a delicious sauce you can use for pasta, pizza, bruschetta and more. It’s probably the easiest thing to cook in the universe, so read on:

Ingredients:

Fresh Basil Leaves. You’ll need many of these, usually a complete plant (2 cups.)

Two/Three Garlic Cloves.

Parmesan Cheese (1/3 cup.)

Pine nuts or walnuts (1/2 cup.)

Olive Oil.

Salt and Pepper.

In the old days you would need a lot of time to process, chop and mix these ingredients. Now a decent food processor will do the job in no time. As I guess most of you have one, I’ll give you the easy instructions:

Put the basil and the nuts inside the processor with just a little bit of oil. Process!

Add the garlic, a little bit of oil and process again.

Put the processor in the slowest possible mode and keep it working. Slowly and constantly add olive oil to the mix, as well as the parmesan cheese.

Once all the ingredients are well mixed, add salt and pepper to taste.

It’s as easy as that! Then put it over pasta, pizza or even things as chicken. Pesto as a winner!

We have already spoken many times about how important is for you to also know how to cook. It’s not something absolutely essential, but it’s always a great skill to have in hand. In the end, it’s one more reason for girls to feel more attracted to you. And, guys, it’s easier than you imagine!

If you don’t want to cook your Goulash (Pörkölt) with the traditional Spätzle you might want to check out this recipe. Ever tried Italian Gnocchi? These are of my favorite dishes around and, though they might look a bit complicated at the beginning, are really easy to cook.

Gnocchi are a second amazing compliment for the Pörkölt and are also a perfect if you compliment them with a great Italian sauce as a ragù or fileto, just to give you a few examples.

What do you need to make these Gnocchi? This recipe serves three persons.

3 Medium sized potatoes (and add one more per person)

1 egg

One or Two cups of flour

Be careful with the instructions because though Gnocchi are easy to make, it’s quite hard to make them get that perfect tenderness.

1- Put your potatoes on a pot full of water and let it boil. Don’t peel the potatoes just yet, throw them into the water just as you bought them. Let them be for a while – It will take about 40 minutes until they are ready, depending on the size of the potatoes. I prefer to let them boil in the pot without cover.

2- Potatoes will be ready once you can prick them with a fork and you can traverse through them without much resistance. Once they are done, get them out of the water and peel them.

3- Now make a puree out of the potatoes (that is, smash them) and break a whole egg over them. Don’t stir the egg; just mix it with the potatoes. This will make the mix quite humid and sticky, so add flour to make the dough have the right consistency.

4- Don’t add all the flour at the same time. Go slow, but keep it coming. This is the tricky part – The less flour you use, the more tender the gnocchi will be.

5- Once the dough is ready, break it up in long cylinders. Then cut them in small pieces and those will be your gnocchi. Gently powder these gnocchi with flour so they don’t stick to the table. Then, use the gnocchi tool (or a fork) if you want them to have stripes.

6- Get water boiling, salt it, put a teaspoon of olive oil and then throw in all the Gnocchi. Once the gnocchi start floating it means they are ready. Usually this takes only a minute or two. Don’t collate/drain the gnocchi, instead use some tool to take them out directly from the water and put them on a big dish.

7- Once the gnocchi are out of the water, mix with the sauce and enjoy this delicious meal!

For further reference, there are many, many videos on how to make gnocchi on YouTube. But be careful, many of them just don’t get it right!

We have already spoken many times about how important is for you to also know how to cook. It’s not something absolutely essential, but it’s always a great skill to have in hand. In the end, it’s one more reason for girls to feel more attracted to you. And, guys, it’s easier than you imagine!

In the past I’ve written about, among others, my very own Tiramisu recipe or the way to make the traditional German Glühwein. And finally, the last time I explained you how to cook a delicious Hungarian Goulash (Pörkölt.) This time I’ll share with you what is universally accepted as the best compliment for Goulash: Spätzle.

Originating in Central Europe and becoming widespread in the 19th century, Spätzle are a special kind of noodle, made out of flour, eggs, salt as well as water. It’s best served with stew or some thick pasta sauce, though many people have them just with lentils or some other vegetables. My recommendation is for you to serve them with Pörkölt.

The recipe serves four persons. The ingredients you’ll need are:

•	Five medium sized eggs
•	500 g of flour
•	Salt
•	Water

Simple, right? If you want to serve more persons, take one more egg per 100g of flour.

Once you get all these ingredients, the instructions you got to take are the following:

1-	Break the five eggs and shake them for a few seconds, then throw them in a bowl.
2-	Put the flour in the same bowl and start mixing it together with the eggs.
3-	Add salt and keep mixing the eggs and flour, preferably with a wooden spoon and in a circular fashion.
4-	The mix must be hard, but it should also be humid. Add some water to make it more humid if you feel it’s too dry. Usually one full cup would do the job.
5-	Keep mixing the ingredients for five minutes and then the dough is ready.
6-	Take part of the mix out and make a 1/2cm layer on a cooking tablet. Then cut the dough in the fashion you’ll want the spätzle to be.
7-	Throw the raw spätzle in a pot with boiling water.
8-	Once the spätzle float means they are ready, so remove them and place them in another pot with cold water.
9-	Repeat steps six to eight as many times as necessary.

Mix with the sauce you want to and enjoy your meal!

We have already spoken many times about how important is for you to also know how to cook. It’s not something absolutely essential, but it’s always a great skill to have in hand. In the end, it’s one more reason for girls to feel more attracted to you. And, guys, it’s easier than you imagine!

The recipes we covered in the past include my very own pick for the Chocolate Bomb and Tiramisu. And last time, the idea was to show you something not so common but really charming: The German Glühwein. What we need now is one great main dish to have all these others to compliment with. Judging from how successful and acclaimed the Glühwein was, I’ll go ahead and teach you another Central European classic: Goulash.

This time I’ll write you about one special variety of Goulash called Pörkölt. Pörkölt is a classic dish, originating in Hungary and served across Europe and around the world. It’s a stew containing a great variety of tastes and flavors and is an excellent dish if you want to serve a semi formal to formal dinner. The main difference between Pörkölt and the actual Goulash is that the Pörkölt doesn’t have potato or pasta in the stew – It’s no problem as you can add them later. I really recommend you to try it and amaze your friends and girls!

The recipe serves four persons. What you’ll need are:

•	Two Medium Sized Onions
•	2/3 Cloves of Garlic
•	1kg of sliced beef
•	Four Medium Sized Tomatoes
•	Half can of Tomato Extract
•	Half a Glass of Red Wine
•	Salt, Pepper, Chili, Paprika and 2/3 Laurel Leaves.

Once you get all these ingredients, the instructions you got to take are the following:

1-	In a normal sized pot at medium to high fire sauté in Olive Oil the two onions, chopped in half-rings and the 2/3 cloves of garlic, also chopped. Once they are golden, remove from the pot.

2-	Next, add the kilo of meet in the same pot and, also with medium to high fire, sauté until there are no red/pink spots left. Make sure the meet is finely chopped and don’t overcook – You just need it to get the right color.

3-	Once you are done or almost done with step two, pour in the red wine into the pot. Stir until the wine evaporates almost completely. This will make the meat have a special taste.

4-	Put the onions and garlic back into the pot and season the stew with salt and pepper. Let them cook together for one or two minutes before proceeding to step five.

5-	Still over a medium to high fire add the four tomatoes, which you should have chopped beforehand, plus the half can of tomato extract. Stir, add chili, 2/3 laurel leaves and a bit more salt.

6-	Stir and once the completed stew start to boil, get the fire down. It should keep heating at a weak to medium range, which depends on the oven you have. Leave it like this for one hour, while still occasionally stirring.

7-	Ten minutes before you take the stew out of the heat, add paprika.

The meal is best served with Spätzle (like in the photo), a kind of pasta also autochthonous to Central Europe. Keep coming as I’ll share my recipe Spätzle in the future too! In the meantime, you can serve this wonderful recipe with Gnocchi, Pasta or just by itself.

We have spoken about how important is for you to also know how to cook. It’s not something absolutely essential, but it’s always a great skill to have in hand. In the end, it’s one more reason for girls to feel more attracted to you. And guys, it’s easy!

In the past we have covered various recipes, including my very own pick for the Chocolate Bomb and Tiramisu. This time, the idea is to show you something not so common but really charming: The German Glühwein. The idea behind this it’s simple: it’s a hot and sweet red wine with one special taste. Delicious and great to drink with friends or girls, especially in you are in the winter season. I really recommend you to prepare it and experience the taste of this centuries-old drink!

It’s one of the easiest recipes I’ll ever give you. The ingredients you’ll need are:

1 bottle of dry red wine (if it’s Argentinean wine, better!)
1/3 of a cup of sugar (if you like it more sweet, just add more sugar)
2 cinnamon sticks
4 cloves
Natural orange and lemon juice

Once you got the ingredients with you, the instructions are easy. All you got to do is pour the wine in a pot and throw all the ingredients in, except the orange and lemon juices. Stir and make them all mix together. Place the pot over a weak fire and let the wine get warmer really slowly. You got to leave it at least for thirty minutes and the wine should never be actually boiling. Imagine as if you were preparing the water for a very hot tea or coffee – it has to be that hot in the end.

Once it’s done, take out the cinnamon and the cloves and pour, at your taste, some orange or lemon juice. Now you are done and free to enjoy this wonderful drink! Serve it in tea cups and don’t let it get cold – It’s good as long as it’s warm!
