I bet that there’s ONE thing that excites YOU more than anything else.

Maybe it’s women’s feet – maybe it’s girls wearing leather pants, pantyhose or maybe it’s uniforms. It can also be some certain hair type or color, bigger or smaller girls, etc.

It’s normal – all men are especially attracted to something. Almost everyone has a fetish – almost everyone feel especially aroused when they see a particular object, clothing or body part.

• It comes up at random moments. Even when you’re not thinking about anything that excites you, the fetish comes to your mind.

All these are very serious implications, and all demand you to act and do something about them.

Here I present you with a few solutions:

1- Get the Fetish Out of the Way

First, break away from all things that attach you to the habit. Be it porn, photos, clothing (in case you have a fetish for a certain type of clothes), etc. Get it out of the way – clear everything that will stimulate your arousal.

Having ‘easy access’ to the fetish will do nothing but to stimulate it. You don’t want that – on the contrary, you want to clear your mind, your thoughts and live the moment.

2- Control Your Thoughts

Tame your mind – nothing is worse than to keep your fetish always in mind. The more you think about your fetish, the more it will stick. Don’t feed your mind – when it more asks you for the fetish, fly away – do something else, get busy, don’t let it win.

It takes a lot of commitment, but you need to do it. It’s hard – for me, for you and for everyone with a fetish. But take a deep breath, smile and think about something else. Practice and practice and make taking the fetish thoughts out of your mind a serious, first-level decision.

3- Try Cognitive Tools

You’ll have a certain reaction in your mind and body every time you think about your fetish. Be it arousal, happiness, excitement – it’s SOMETHING, and it’s usually something that will make you think more and more about it.

You don’t want that – you want to condition your mind to think other things, and you want to have other thoughts in your mind when the fetish kicks on. It’s a bit crazy, but it’s definitely doable.

Tony Robbins usually suggests to break the thought in the moment – to interrupt the pattern immediately and channel the thoughts to something that gives you different emotions.

Slap yourself on the face – bite your finger. Something painful or displeasing would do. It doesn’t have to be all negative though – you can try with positive feelings, though the latter won’t be as effective.

4- Speak With a Professional

Sexologists or even standard psychologists could help you get rid of the fetish if all the other options fail. If you get to that point, this option might still be compelling – after all,  if the problem is serious enough, trying professional help is worth it as it well could help you get over the problem.

Final Thoughts

A fetish will never completely fade – and, again, you don’t really want to go that far. What you want is to control it – to make sure that it’s you in control of the fetish, and not the fetish in control of you.

And it’s not about the money – it’s the attitude. You can’t be that asshole. For fighting and putting attention to the small pennies you just lose on the big picture. Not the way to go. Be splendid – if she’s a good girl, she’ll pay you back.

3- Too Busy For Her.

You need to pay attention to your girl. It will drive them crazy if you don’t answer messages, emails or if it’s impossible to pick you up by the phone. She’ll believe immediately you are not interested in her or that you are seeing someone else.

I’m busy and I imagine you are too – but pay attention to girls. If you want a girlfriend or a romance, find the time for this calls, chats and emails. Sometimes it pisses off, but girls need these. If you are not willing to understand that, bye-bye chica.

4- Anti-Feminist

I got slapped because I told a girl she “shouldn’t play football (soccer), because it’s a sport of men.” Even if I meant it, I said that as a joke – and she got really mad. Same when I told another girl, when speaking about Russian millionaires, that she should “marry one of those. Life will be good!” I said it, again, as a joke – but she wanted to kill me.

Stupid, I know, especially if you come from a country like mine, where girls are girls and boys are boys. But well – You see, I was doing quite well with these two girls until, to my great grief, I pushed the wrong button. Make sure you don’t make the same mistake.

5- Obsessive.

This is one is one of the worst. And it’s because men can be obsessive about almost everything. Phone calls, work, sex, looks, parties, possessive… All of these are, in the eyes of women, a definite no. By all means, try to be normal. Girls spread the buzz, and if they know there’s some obsession you have, you’ll be doomed.

Some guys want to have sex ten times per day. Others spend one hour in front of the mirror. Others are obsessed with knowing what is the girl doing or where she is. Boo – This drives girls mad. Please control yourselves!

Pants always look better if you are wearing a belt. Make sure you get a few good belts for your wardrobe and use them frequently. It’s not that not wearing a belt would destroy your chances all the way – It’s just a huge lost opportunity!

These tricks won’t get you women by themselves and maybe they don’t even help you one little bit. Still, it’s cool stuff to know, you could give it a try and once a while they might even come handy!

It is not that girls will be amazed by them, but the fact is that doing something like this will give them an excuse to speak to you or for you to speak to them too. It may happen that girls might come to you saying, for example:  “Wow, how did you do that?”  – Actually with zero interest on the skill but with their real attention on you and using it as a reason to open you up!

So, onto the tricks, you could start by learning:

The most basic pen tricks. This site has dozens of cool tricks you can learn to do with your pen. It may sound stupid, but things like this could certainly get you girls. For example, one of my best friends was once opened by a girl asking him to teach her to do those tricks. Some time into the future, that girl is already his girlfriend! And either way, they are cool stuff to know.

Lean to say at least ten things in different languages. I don’t speak Finnish, Russian, Greek or French, just to give you a few examples. But I do know how to say cute things in all of those languages. So, when I meet girls and guys from all those countries they are amazed I can speak something to them and they burst in laughter. It also gives me the possibility to start telling anecdotes of why I do speak those phrases. But Mind – I don’t mean you should learn the usual “Hello,” “Thank you,” and so on. Instead, go ahead and learn more interesting things as “I want to marry you,” “I want to sleep with you,” “I’m a small baby,” etc. (An article expanding on this will be coming soon!)

Learn to peel a banana like a monkey. This has been my latest discovery and I’m still amazed by something as simple and stupid as this. I first watched the video here and was overwhelmed. After all, I realized I had been opening the bananas from the wrong side all of my life! And it’s so easy to do it right – Just learn and teach!

Learn to make a Paper Rose/Crane. With all my respect to those folks who do it, I do believe Origami is a bit gay. Yet, if you learn how to do one or two of the things these guys can do it might be worth a shot. Learn to make a crane, a rose or something small like that, they might come in handy. Especially on drunken nights in a bar or a house party with girls it could even make a difference. Try it!
